Getting Started

CrossFit Foundations On Ramp:
All newcomers to CrossFit will be required to attend the CrossFit Foundations Class before being allowed to participate in any regularly scheduled CrossFit classes.

Private Foundations Class takes you through the basics of CrossFit, and prepares you for group classes with a firm grasp of the movements and intelligent substitutions for exercises that suit your specific needs with an emphasis on proper form and technique for your safety and to ensure your success at the next level. We will introduce you first to technique and mechanics, then intensity. You will be learning movements that begin with the relatively nontechnical and progressively more technical. There will be a workout at the end of session which will get progressively more challenging as the course progresses.
The Foundations class consists of 4 intensive one on one sessions that are scheduled at your and the trainer's convenience. Each session will last between 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours.

Athletes must demonstrate satisfactory knowledge of the material covered before being allowed to attend Workout Of The Day (WOD) classes.

Advance registration and payment of the class fee is required.
