6 sets of the following complex:
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Press
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Jerk
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Split Jerk
*Increase in weight every set. Try not to drop the bar through all 12 reps. If you must drop, reset quickly and finish the set.
WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 7minutes
