3 x 5reps @ 85% of 1RM
WOD:
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
4 Handstand Push-ups
6 One legged Squats, Alternating.
8 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 4 cycles.
Post rounds completed for each of the 4 cycles.
