2012 CrossFit Games Open Competition

The 2012 CrossFit Games Open Competition will be posted as soon as CrossFit HQ makes them available sometime on each Wednesday.
If you are competing in the Open to qualify for Regionals and, hopefully, the 2012 CrossFit Games please let me know asap so that I can schedule a time for you to do the workout.

CrossFit Games Open WOD 12.1

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

Burpees

This workout begins from the standing position. The Athlete will move from flat on the ground to touching an object with both hands that is 6 inches above their max reach. Score is total reps completed.
