Tabata Sumo Dead-lift High Pull
Tabata Thrusters

Men use a 75lb barbell, women 55lbs. Rest 1 minute between each exercise.
Each exercise consists of 8 intervals of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Score is the total reps completed on each of the 32 rounds
