Starting June 3rd the 12:30p class has been expanded from MWF to MTWThF.

5 rounds of KB/DB Turkish Get-ups, 5 reps each side. L-Sit on Parallettes, 30 seconds.
Increase weight for Turkish Get-ups on each round if possible. The clock stops if feet drop below the parallettes. Time resumes when feet are once again above the parralettes
