Back to Basics

Tonight we will be learning or relearning our friend "The Squat", air, front and overhead. We are going to break the squat down into it's components and put it back together again.


Subbing unstable Swiss ball sit-ups for GHD sit-ups proved to be challenging. Sarah and Marc cranked them out. I fell on my butt a couple of times.
