Conrad informed me this evening while doing "Elizabeth" that this was his one year anniversary of doing CrossFit. His first WOD, you guessed it "Elizabeth". I was shocked. I cannot believe that a year has passed. A search of old blog posts revealed that January 18, 2008 was CrossFit Stillwater's debut. The WOD for that day, "Elizabeth". I can hear the Twilight Zone music now!
